Returns & Exchanges (Precious Metal Products)
In-Stock Items:
In-stock precious metal products are eligible for return within five (5) business days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return, items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact and no signs of tampering, wear, or damage.
Due to the volatile nature of precious metal markets, returns are subject to inspection and approval. Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed minus any applicable market loss, restocking fees, or transaction processing costs, if applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged. Original shipping charges, international duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, and similar carrier or government charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the charge resulted from our confirmed error.
Custom Items:
All custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order precious metal products are considered final sale once production has begun. Because these pieces are specifically crafted to individual specifications, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases where:

The item arrives damaged, or

There is a manufacturing error that does not match the approved order specifications.
Any approved claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic documentation.
Returns & Exchanges (Other Products)
All products categorized under Gemstones, Merch, & Recovered Treasures are either custom-produced, reclaimed, vintage, or limited-availability items. Due to the unique and often irreplaceable nature of these products, all sales within these categories are considered final.
These items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation once the order has been placed. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before completing their purchase.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.
